1. Copyright Takedown Notices

CorrectHustle’s policy is to promptly remove content reported as infringing through a valid copyright takedown notice from the owner of the original content. Additionally, instructors found to be repeat infringers (having received more than two valid copyright takedown notices) may face account termination.
1.2 How to File a Copyright Takedown Notice
If you are the copyright owner or the designated agent, use the Copyright Complaint Form for efficient reporting. Please note:
- CorrectHustle requires an electronic signature confirming ownership or authorization.
- Knowingly submitting a false notice is illegal and may result in legal consequences.
- Consider fair use before filing a claim.
1.3 Counter-Notification
If your content is removed based on a copyright takedown notice, and you believe it was in error or you have permission, submit a Counter-Notification. Ensure the provided information includes your physical/electronic signature, contact details, identification of removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

2.1 CorrectHustle’s Response
CorrectHustle removes content infringing third-party trademarks. Instructors violating trademark rights may face account termination.
2.2 How to Submit a Trademark Takedown Notice
Utilize the Trademark Complaint Form. Key points:
- Provide comprehensive information, including your contact details, trademark specifics, basis for claim, and location in the reported course URL.
- A false claim may lead to damages. CorrectHustle may share your complaint with the affected user.
- Consider fair use before filing a claim.
3. Content on Third-Party Platforms
3.1 Reporting Infringement
To report instances of your CorrectHustle course being offered without permission on other platforms, complete the Third-Party Piracy Reporting Form.
